DEALER REGISTRATION
All dealers are required to fill out and submit to 422 the dealer registration packet in order to participate in the live auctions or participate in Simulcast during the live auctions. All supporting dealership documentation must accompany the dealer registration packet. In order to use a dealer check the bank reference portion of the dealer registration packet must be completed by the dealer’s bank and submitted to 422. It is 422’s decision to allow or deny dealer checks based on the reference submitted.
The dealer registration packet and bank references must be completed and submitted to 422 by the Thursday before the auction by 5:00 pm. The dealer will not be permitted to participate in the auction if all necessary documentation is not submitted by that time.
